A one off session can offer a lot of value, especially if there is one specific challenge or question you need an answer to.
It can also serve as more of an explorative session, uncovering where you'd like to focus your attention and walking away with some clear questions that you'd like to answer on your own.
ACCESSIBILITY
All coaching sessions are booked via Rise Remotely and communication with the coach will be orchestrated over email. You will first be sent a thank you email, and then be put through a sequence of emails to best prepare you for the coaching session and have real-time support leading up to, and after the session.

Each coaching session is constructed specifically for your needs and therefore tailored to your needs.We believe in the power of speaking with your instructors. Coaching is currently an unregulated industry and our coaches are not “licensed “ and therefore are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions.
RETURN POLICY
From the time of purchase until 14 days before the coaching session is scheduled to start, a full refund can be issued. The student must notify Rise Remotely in writing within 14 days prior to the online course start date.
If the student applies for a refund less than 14 days before the coaching session starts, it is not possible to give a full refund, but a partial refund based on the information that they have already received from Rise Remotely.
There are no refunds after completion of the coaching sessions.
